Contact ColorKit
Email is the channel for corrections, accessibility feedback, policy questions, and tool suggestions. The maintainer reads every message; most threads are answered within two to three business days.
Reach the maintainer at hhammoud@inovisum.com. The site does not run a Discord, social DM, or community forum for support — written email lets us cite a color reference, a WCAG section, or a CSS specification when responding.
Reporting a color or contrast bug
- The exact tool name (palette generator, gradient studio, hex converter, contrast checker).
- The input values you used — seed color, contrast pair, or the HEX/RGB/HSL/OKLCH string the picker emitted.
- The browser and operating system, since gamut handling differs between Chromium, Firefox, and Safari.
- The result the tool returned and the value you expected, with a reference where possible (CSS Color spec, WCAG 2.1 luminance, or a color-management toolchain you trust).
Accessibility feedback
ColorKit takes accessibility reports seriously. If a tool is unusable with a keyboard, returns misleading contrast guidance, or has a label that a screen reader cannot announce, please send a short description of the barrier you ran into and which assistive technology you were using. Concrete reports get triaged ahead of feature requests.
Categories
Bug reports: wrong color value, contrast result, layout issue. Tool requests: a single-purpose color or design utility. Privacy and data: questions about analytics, advertising, or how design inputs are handled. Partnership and embedding: using a ColorKit tool inside a design-system doc or an internal style guide.
Commitments
We read every message. We will not add you to a mailing list, share your email, or send marketing. We will not provide individualized brand-color consulting or certify a palette as accessibility-compliant — those questions need a qualified accessibility consultant working with your production toolchain. We will fix a reproducible bug quickly.
